What Do You Offer For Beginners?

We have three fundamentals classes per week. Tuesday and Thursday at 7 PM and Saturday at 10 AM. 
If you are unable to come to those class times you are welcome to come to the morning no gi sessions at 7 AM on Monday and Wednesday.

What If I Just Want To Try The Gym?

We give everyone a free week trial so they can see the space, try a few classes, and make sure the gym is a good fit!
All trial members can take jiujitsu and strength & conditioning classes. Be sure to book your strength & conditioning class ahead of time.

What Do I Need To Bring?

  • Shoes or sandals to wear off the mats
  • Comfortable and clean athletic attire
  • Trimmed nails
  • Water bottle

What Do You Offer For Kids?

Right now we have two kids classes per week. Monday and Wednesday at 4:15 PM. Both of those classes are no gi. Bring:

  • Comfortable and clean athletic attire
  • Trimmed nails
  • Water bottle

Parents are welcome to try the gym during the kids classes.
